London Flats is set in one of the best areas in the south east side of the city.  It has all the amenities within walking distance including an Extra foods grocery store, Shoppers DrugMart, Mediclinic, hair salon, Blockbuster video, Papa John's Pizza, a gas station, Boston Pizza Restaurant and many other future commercial development including a BMO bank.  But the best thing about London Flats is the view and the surroundings.  It is set right next to a very large lake over 1, 000 feet wide and set in a park over 250 acres big.  And because of the natural vegetation it is home to lots of wildlife, including rabbits and deer to name only a couple.  Surely this will provide a great view.  On the other side of this park is going to "Rosewood", the next development by the City of Saskatoon.  Those homes will all be walkouts some in the million dollar price range.  So check out the area and decide what view you want.  No doubt this is an area you would like to call home.
